Easy Plug

Silpro’s Easy Plug Hydraulic Cement is a cementitious material formulated to set rapidly (3 to 5 minutes) to patch both cracks and holes in existing concrete. It is effective in stopping the flow of water permanently. It can be used above or below grade, indoors or outdoors. Comes in a 10 pound can.
