Ardex AM 100 Pre-Tile Ramping and Smoothing Mortar. AM 100 is a unique smoothing and ramping mortar, ideal for fast-track tiling applications in wet areas, such as the smoothing of swimming pools, showers, fountains or below grade installations. You can install tile in just two hours with AM 100, as it significantly reduces the preparation time prior to the installation of all types of tile and stone. There is no sag or slump, and it can be applied anywhere from .25″ to 1.25″ in just one lift.

Smooth vertical and horizontal concrete and masonry surfaces prior to tiling. This product is especially formulated for sloping balconies and sloping to drains. There is excellent bond strength, and its frost resistant. Easy to use, mix with water only to get a creamy and smooth consistency. Comes in 40 lb bags.
