Ardex X 90 Outdoor delivers maximum protection against the harshest weather conditions. It can be applied at minimum temperatures of 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and can withstand driving rains, and can be grouted in only two hours. This mortar has the highest levels of freeze thaw resistance, tested at 150+ freeze thaw cycles. It has maximum efflorescence resistance and outstanding rapid-setting properties. Thin to medium bed installations of up to 5/8″ thick. Extended open time up to 30 minutes.

This mortar is ideal for tiling on concrete balconies, patios, swimming pools, and high-load commercial areas. Also can be used for exterior or interior floors and walls. Traffic and grout after just two hours. A very creamy, easy-to-apply consistency. Comes in a 40 pound bag.
